About Deleteelizabeth Septic and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Deleteelizabeth Septic is a referral service for homeowners with a septic or sewer problem. Think of it as a go-between. You tell us what is going on, and we point you to an independent provider in the Cahokia Heights area. That is the whole job.

Why This Site Exists

A lot of people think finding septic help is a guessing game. It only feels that way when you are stressed and something smells. Most homeowners have never had to tell pumping from a line repair or a drainfield fix.

So this site explains the choices first. Myth, then fact. You should know the likely next steps before anyone starts work, and you should know what drives the price.

How Providers Are Matched

You reach out by phone or by the request form. We look at where you live and what kind of problem you have. Then we route you to a provider in our network that handles that work in Cahokia Heights or nearby.

Availability differs from one provider to the next. Request a callback to check who is available near you.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Hold any licenses and insurance their local area requires
• Explain the problem in plain words
• Lay out the options, not just one answer
• Give a written quote before work begins
• Treat your home and yard with care

We cannot watch every job, so please ask questions and trust your own judgment.

What We Do Not Do

This part matters, so here it is plainly.

• Deleteelizabeth Septic does not pump, dig, repair, or install anything
• Deleteelizabeth Septic does not set the price for any job
• Deleteelizabeth Septic does not promise how fast a provider can arrive
• Deleteelizabeth Septic does not give insurance or legal advice

The provider you speak with does the work and stands behind it. Your quote and your agreement are with that provider.

How We Are Paid

We are open about this. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them through this site. You do not pay Deleteelizabeth Septic to make the connection.

Your price still comes from the provider. That is why we keep repeating one phrase: ask for it written.

Get Connected

If you have a backed-up tank, a slow main line, or a wet spot in the yard that worries you, start with a short conversation. A local provider can explain what might be happening and what your options look like. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and review the estimate on your own time.
