Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how Deleteelizabeth Septic ("we", "us") handles information when you browse deleteelizabeth.surf, phone the number listed on the site, or send in a form. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Gather

Some details come straight from you. If you call or fill in a form, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, location, and notes about your septic system, sewer line or plumbing trouble.

Some details are collected automatically as you use the site. These include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and the time you visit. Calls to the number on the site may be tracked, and some may be recorded, for quality and billing reasons.

What We Do With It

We use your information to:

• Match you with an independent plumbing and septic provider in your area
• Send your request details to that provider so they can reach you
• Reply to your questions and messages
• See how people use this site and our phone lines
• Make the site and the service better
• Meet legal duties and stop fraud or misuse

Who Receives Your Details

Deleteelizabeth Septic is a referral service. When you ask for help, we pass your contact details and request information to one or more independent providers or marketing partners so they can get in touch. These are separate businesses, and each has its own privacy practices.

We may also share information with companies that help run the site and phone systems, such as hosting, analytics and call-tracking services. We may release information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Still, some laws treat passing details to marketing partners as a "sale" or "share." Where those laws apply to you, you may have the right to opt out.

Cookies and Analytics

This site may use cookies and similar tools to see how visitors use it. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may change how some parts of the site work.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. You may also be able to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email contact@deleteelizabeth.surf. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it.

Security and How Long We Keep Data

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Still, no way of sending or storing data is perfectly safe. We hold on to information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
